- This is a housing site that offers home health care services to people who live there. It may include a HWS contract and service plan.
What are the fees for home care services?
- A number of factors go into designing a Custom Care Plan specific to each clients needs/budget. Level of home care (skilled nursing vs non-skilled nursing) needed as well as duration of care to name a few. Specific rates are determined after an in home consultation as well as client specific needs assessment. Rates are provided as part of the written service plan.
How do I or my loved one pay for home care services?
